Our take
Rolife's gentlest DG room box, aimed squarely at first-timers and teens building with a parent. Mostly snap-fit parts, a 4-hour official assembly time, natural wood, no painting step. Skip it if you want a long project — 141 pieces is among the lowest here, and the vintage palette is plainer than Rolife's painted pastels. Glue still isn't in the box; the product page tells you to supply your own.
We have not built this kit. This entry is based on the manufacturer's published specifications and on reports from builders who have finished it — not on a build of our own. See how we review.
What works
- Officially rated 2 out of 5 stars with a 4-hour assembly time - by far the gentlest entry point among Rolife's DG room boxes
- Mostly precise snap-fit parts; only a few small accessories need adhesive
- Finished in original wood colour, so there is no painting step at all
- Includes a large built-in LED top lamp per the official rolife.robotime.com spec
- Small footprint at roughly 215 x 149 x 157 mm, so it fits a normal bookshelf
What to watch for
- 141 pieces is one of the lowest counts here, so it delivers noticeably less build time than similarly priced kits
- The natural-wood, vintage palette is plainer and lower-contrast than Rolife's painted pastel kits
- Glue is still not in the box - robotimeonline.com's own page tells you to supply eco-glue, wood glue or strong glue
- Regularly listed as sold out on Rolife's own US store
